New West Haven Assisted Living Grant Application

We Are Looking For Your Deserving Story And Want To Help!

New West Haven is excited to announce that it has partnered with Senior Assist and is offering a merit based assisted living grant of up to $25,000. The grant can be used towards living accommodations at New West Haven including assistance with activities of daily living, meals, medication management, and group activities.
