New West Haven is in the final stages of planning the expansion for our new assisted living wing located in Cameron Park, CA. Over the past four years we have been preparing to expand. As the economy recovers, we are finalizing our plans. In short, we will be adding approximately 7500SF of assisted living space to our location. The new wing will have 15 private units, a resident’s kitchen, great room and dining room. Improvements will also be made to the grounds including a community garden, outdoor fireplaces, a new patio and two new balcony areas for residents and their families to enjoy. Final plans have been submitted to the building department and we are awaiting permits.
